Free Shipping
Our free shipping offer is extended to all our motorcycles that are purchased at $5,000 and above. Purchase price is based on the sales price prior to, tax, title, license and any dealer fees. Motorcycles must be shipped within the continental United States to be eligible for the free shipping offer. Motorcycles are shipped by fully insured 3rd party vendors arranged by iMotorsports. iMotorsports is also capable of shipping outside of the United States, but not eligible for the free shipping. iMotorsports is not responsible for damages caused during shipping.
Fly & Ride
Our Fly & Ride program is extended to all motorcycles purchased at our above $5,000. Purchase price is based on the sales price prior to, tax, title, license and any dealer fees. iMotorsports will reimburse airfare up to $400, pick up the customer at the terminal in O'hare and drive the customer to iMotorsports. This offer is not valid if a customer opts to our free nationwide shipping plan.
Included 7-Day Warranty
Every motorcycle purchased at iMotorsports includes a 7-Day “Bumper to Bumper” warranty. All service within the 7-days must be completed by iMotorsports service techs. iMotorsports will not reimbursed or pay for any parts, service or labor performed by an individual, service center or dealership other than iMotorsports. The seven-day period begins from the time of purchase. Warranty is not included in “As-Is” purchases.
Money Back Guarantee
iMotorsports money back guarantee extends to all customers who purchased a motorcycle from iMotorsports unless otherwise stated at time of purchase. To exercise your right for the money back guarantee you must call iMotorsports within 24-hours of the time of your purchase and the motorcycle must meet the following:
- Motorcycle has not been ridden more than 50 miles from the odometer reading at the time of purchase
- Motorcycle must be in the same physical and mechanical condition as the time of purchase.
- All original parts, accessories, and upgrades are intact
- There are no signs of customer abuse or neglect
- The 24-hour period starts when customer takes delivery of the motorcycle
- All shipping and related expenses to be paid by customer (return shipping and original shipping from iMotorsports)
SPYDER VIP Program
To enroll in the Spyder VIP Program there will be a $1 fee for processing. Any benefit members gain from the program only apply to the VIN associated with the new unit Spyder purchase.
